What kind of leather do you use for your products?

We use premium, full-grain leather sourced from world-renowned tanneries. Because we use natural hides, each piece features unique markings and will develop a beautiful patina over time.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Most of our items are made-to-order by hand. Please allow 1-2 weeks for production before your order ships. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package is on its way.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship our handmade goods worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on unused, non-customized items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that items marked as final sale or personalized with monograms cannot be returned or exchanged.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Since we begin processing orders quickly, please contact us within 24 hours of placement if you need to make a change. Once production has begun on a made-to-order item, we may be unable to cancel it.

We recommend applying a high-quality leather conditioner every 6-12 months to keep the leather hydrated. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or heavy rain, and wipe away spills immediately with a dry cloth.
